August Workout Program

We will be adding 10 minute workouts to our practices this year.  We may do them at the beginning of practice, the end of practice, immediately before a scrimmage, or even in the middle of a scrimmage.  The button above will down load a document which is broken into 3 sections.  1) a description of each excercise with modifications if needed.  2) Normal workout sections that we will be using this year. 3) home workout programs.  During August you are asked to do the home workouts as listed in the schedule below.  The home workouts are on pages 42 through 47 of the document.  Each workout consists of ten activities.  these activities should be done for 1 minute each WITH NO REST in between activities for a total of 10 minute.  Therefore, make sure you review the exercises before you start so you can go from one to the other without pausing to read/learn the exercise.

WEEKENDS ARE OPTIONAL:  YOU MAY PICK ANY HOME WORKOUT ON THE WEEKEND DAYS.  HOWEVER, DO NOT DO THE SAME WORKOUT ON TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS
